Ed Fries deserves a lot of respect for his part in the Xbox launch. But his comments reveal that he feels the PlayStation has better exclusives. This is not to say that Halo, Gears, FORZA and Fable aren't great, just that they seem like sure bets and with Microsoft's massive resources they can afford to make more experimental and creative titles.

One question ask whether people want the ability to change a PSN username! Gamers have been asking for this for years. When the PS4 was released without ID changing I assumed it was impossible. Sony should get their skates on and get this working ASAP.

@ambivalentFryer Are you having a laugh or just trying to get a reaction? Halo 3 is a great game but it is also SEVEN years old. Gears of War also great but came out a year earlier! The thing is the offered games should be relatively recent.

For gamers who only have a 360 this is good. For multi console owners this is a slap in the face as it was given away on PS+ a year ago.

I have both platforms and would like Microsoft to offer me a AAA game that hasn't already been given away to me free on PS+. Speaking for myself Xbox Live is quickly becoming redundant and I can't see myself renewing my subscription.

You are right about the online thing too. Whilst I've travelled around a few western European countries which all have a working internet structure, generally speaking there does seem to be a preference for offline games.

I won't reiterate the major factors about why the PS4 is selling much more than the XBOne in Europe. But something else to be mentioned...
